I wish I could be more help with the video issues. The only thing I can relay is I do have to click on the Play button before the video starts.
As fas as Michaud Sebastien, I have not heard anything or read anything, I would assume he is ready. I will look for a form location for you and post it here if I can find anything.
an after thought about the video, I tried playing NBC's streaming video, and get a message "sorry but we are only providing this service for Americans". Not sure but this may also be the case with the CBC video.

fyi, right hand side of the cbc olympics home page they have a area called NOW PLAYING. anything is Black will be alive video stream.
